Call For Paper
All manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) format.
PDF files are not accepted for submission.
The document must be written in English, using formal, academic, and precise language.
Layout: Single-column format only (two-column layouts are not permitted).
Text alignment: Fully justified (aligned evenly on both left and right margins).
Font: Times New Roman (throughout the entire document).
Font sizes:
Title: 16 pt, bold, centered, Title Case
Headings (Level 1): 14 pt, bold
Subheadings (Level 2): 13 pt, bold italics
Main text: 12 pt, regular
Footnotes and captions: 11 pt, regular
Line spacing: 1.5 throughout, including references and captions.
Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all four sides.
Page size: A4 (210 × 297 mm).
Paragraphs: No indentation; insert one blank line between paragraphs.
Proper headers and footers must be inserted on all pages after the title page.
Header:
Left-aligned: Short Title of the Paper (maximum 50 characters)
Right-aligned: Page Number (Arabic numerals)
Example:
Header (left): “Leadership in Digital Startups”
Header (right): “Page 2”
Footer:
Centered on every page in 11 pt Times New Roman, italics:

No watermark, logo, or additional text may appear in the header or footer unless specified by the editorial office.
Title Page
Full title of the paper (16 pt, bold, centered).
Full names of all authors (First Name, Middle Initial, Last Name).
Institutional affiliations for each author (use superscripts if multiple affiliations).
Corresponding author’s full contact details (postal address and email).
Example:
Corresponding Author: Dr. Fenil Shah
Email: ijbmrs.india@gmail.com
ORCID IDs may be included if available.
Abstract
Length: 150–250 words, single paragraph, no citations.
Must summarize the study’s objectives, methods, results, and conclusions clearly.
Font: 12 pt, justified, 1.5 spacing.
Keywords (3–6): Listed below the abstract in italics, separated by commas.
Main Text
The manuscript should follow this sequence:
1. Introduction → 2. Methodology → 3. Results and Discussion → 4. Conclusion → 5. Acknowledgments (if any)
Each major section must be numbered (e.g., 1. Introduction).
Subsections (e.g., 2.1 Sampling Method) should be in bold italics.
Maintain consistent numbering throughout.
Figures and Tables
Insert each figure or table within the text, close to its first reference.
Number sequentially (Table 1, Figure 1, etc.).
Table captions go above the table; Figure captions go below the figure.
All figures/tables must be cited in the text (e.g., as shown in Table 2).
Figures should be high resolution (minimum 300 dpi).
Tables must fit within margins and should not use vertical lines.
Equations
Use Microsoft Word Equation Editor.
Center equations and number consecutively on the right (e.g., (1), (2)).
Units and Symbols
Follow the International System of Units (SI).
Use italics for variables and regular font for units.
All references must strictly follow the APA 7th Edition style.
In-text citations:
Single author: (Patel, 2024)
Two authors: (Mehta & Shah, 2023)
Three or more authors: (Kumar et al., 2025)
Reference List:
Arrange alphabetically by the first author’s last name.
Apply hanging indent (0.5 inch).
Use 1.5 line spacing throughout.

Acknowledgments:
Optional; should appear before the References section.
Acknowledge funding, collaboration, or institutional support.
Appendices:
Label as Appendix A, Appendix B, etc., and place after the References.
Footnotes:
Use sparingly. Number consecutively and place at the bottom of the relevant page.
Abbreviations:
Define at first appearance and use consistently thereafter.
File Naming Convention:
Save manuscript as:
FirstAuthorLastName_ShortTitle.docx
Example: Shah_BusinessDecisionMaking.docx
All manuscripts undergo a technical formatting check before peer review.
If non-compliant, authors will be required to revise the file prior to evaluation.
Minor editorial adjustments (capitalization, punctuation, spacing, or layout) may be made by the IJBMRS editorial team to ensure publication uniformity.
By submitting their manuscript to IJBMRS, authors confirm that:
They have followed the formatting and submission guidelines in this policy.
They authorize the editorial team to make minor non-substantive edits for consistency.
They understand that formatting compliance is mandatory before acceptance or publication.
The editorial office reserves the right to reject or delay any manuscript that does not meet these formatting requirements.
